I was in the process of setting up the new Vista Bliss theme by Doreen when I
got lost and spent an extra thirty minutes that did not need to be wasted. So,
in order to spare time for the common man I decided to write a detailed
tutorial.

blank Icons. Exit the program

2.) Move your home screen to the right most screen. Press and
Hold any icon until all the application icons begin to shake. Find the invisible
icons you just created and drag them to the far left, leaving the main screen

7.) On your iPhone, open CYDIA, Scroll down in the home
section to OPENSSH ACCESS HOW-TO

OpenSSH Access How-To

8.) Open the blue highlighted option OPENSSH. Install,
Confirm, Close, Back. Press the Home button on the iPhone and go back to your
main Springboard

Open SSH

Open SSH

9.) Open SETTINGS, WI-FI and click the blue arrow next to the
network you are presently connected to. Record the IP ADDRESS.

10.) On your computer, open WINSCP, select NEW, and in the
host name type your IP address. In the USER NAME box type “root” without the
quotation marks. In the PASSWORD BOX type “alpine” without the quotation marks.
Select LOGIN

11.) A new windows will pop up with your computers files on
the left and your iPhone files on the right (Library and Media). Download the
file below, unzip, and place the folder in a location that is easy to find.

http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?emztznkzdmg

12.) Go back to WinSCP. Locate the files you just downloaded
(VistaBlissWeather Package) on the left hand side. Open the folder
VistaBlissWeather Package and there should be 3 folders inside along with a
readme. On the right hand side, click on the drop down menu for root. Click “/
<root>”, LIBRARY, then THEMES.

13.) Now, Highlight all three of the folders on the left, and
drag them to the right. Be careful where you place them. If you drag them into
another folder this theme will not function properly. Just scroll all the way
down on the right side and place the folders at the very bottom. Allow the
folders to finish copying. And keep WinSCP open

14.) On your iPhone, open WINTERBOARD, locate VISTA SIDEBAR
WEATHERICON, VISTA SIDEBAR LIVECLOCK, and VISTABLISSWEATHER. On the right of
each theme is an icon that looks like three lines on top of each other. Find
VISTA SIDEBAR WEATHERICON, press and hold those three lines, and drag it to the
top. Now do the same with VISTA SIDEBAR LIVECLOCK but this time place it under
VISTA SIDEBAR WEATHERICON. Then move VISTABLISSWEATHER under VISTA SIDEBAR LIVE
CLOCK. It should look like this:

Vista Order

Vista Order

15.) Now, click and check the three options in sequence and
press the home button on your iPhone. Let the Springboard Respring and you are
almost done.

16.) Go back to WinSCP. On the right side of the program find
and open VISTABLISSWEATHER.THEME, PRIVATE, CONFIGUREME.JS. Look for this line
near the top of the text [Var locale  =  "90633"] and change the
number 90633 to your zip code. Click SAVE and EXIT. Open WINTERBOARD on the
iPhone and uncheck then check the three files again to let it respring. And
that’s it! Enjoy!
